Submit Proposals, View Your Projects or Submit ReportsipmPIPE 2008 SRIPMC Level 1 Subcontracts
This is a call for proposals to the 2008 ipmPIPE project to carry out existing components of the program. This is not a competitive program, and applications are requested from individuals by invitation only.
Follow these two steps in order to make this process much smoother:

This will produce a PDF document that shows the parameters for your subcontract. Save this file to your computer.
Only after saving your parameters file should you continue with the "enter new proposal" button at the bottom of the login page.
The first page you'll see asks for basic project data. Some of this comes from the "Seeparams" file you just downloaded. Objectives and Summary you can paste in from your project narrative. This page may be edited later using the "edit project data" button.
The rest of the process should be relatively self explanatory.
Proposals must be submitted using the online submission system by 5 PM Eastern Time on March 1, 2008. Extensions in cases of extraordinary hardship may be considered if the project director obtains the approval of Jim VanKirk no later than Feb. 22, 2007.
