Well, it depends on one’s perspective. Everyone has access to the public output of the IPM PIPE without charge through the public website www.sbrusa.net. Like anything of value, this program has costs. At present those costs are borne by the USDA, especially RMA, our Land Grant universities, private sector partners including the Soybean Check-Off, some state governments, and others.
